You will find free parking in several areas near our Wilmington, Delaware, office such as:
- A limited number of parking spaces behind our building
- In the Colonial Parking lot on Washington St. between Delaware Avenue and 9th Street – which is on the left side of the street, located between the Sheraton Hotel and Grace Church (we will validate your ticket)
- On 8th Street between Jefferson St. and Washington St. (2-hour free parking)

Take exit 7B (Delaware Ave) Stay in Left Lane
At 1st light make Left
Stay in Right Lane
Make Right onto Washington Street (Sheridan Hotel on Corner)
Parking 1 - Block down on Left (Colonial Parking Lot)
The office is 825 Washington Street-one block down from the parking lot on right
Heading North on I-95
(Coming from Newark/MD):
Take exit 7 (Delaware Ave)
Stay in Right Lane
At 1st light make a Right onto 9th street
Go through 1st light (Crossing over Washington Street)
After traffic light make 1st left onto West Street
Go 1/2 block past the church and make a Left into Colonial Parking Lot
The office is 825 Washington Street-one block down from the parking lot on right
From Kirkwood Highway:
Take Kirkwood Highway in Wilmington
Kirkwood Highway turns into Lincoln Street
Take Lincoln Street to Pennsylvania Ave
Make Right onto Pennsylvania Ave
Go 2 miles down into Downtown Wilmington
Stay in the right lane
Make right onto Washington Street (Sheridan Hotel on Comer)
Parking - 1 Block down on Left (Colonial Parking Lot)

Turn Right onto 9th Street
Stay Straight through the First Traffic Light, Crossing over Washington Street
Go to the First Block and make a Left onto West Street
Pass the Church Parking Lot on the Left
Colonial is the Second Parking Lot on the Left, just before 10th Street

If your insurance plan requires you to pay a co-payment, co-insurance, and/or a deductible, you will need to pay at the time of your visit. For your convenience we accept personal checks, money orders, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

You do not need authorizations from your primary care provider. However, you do need to contact your insurance company to find out if authorizations are required from them prior to your first visit with us.
