Patients may submit secure online requests for Prescription

All prescriptions will be completed within 48 business hours
Monday through Friday. All prescriptions received on Friday
after 11am will be completed on the following Monday.
Controlled substances (i.e.Ritalin, Concerta, Adderall, Focalin
and Dexadrine) can NOT be called into your pharmacy. A written
prescription is required by law. In Delaware, controlled substances
must be filled within 5 days of the date on the prescription.
There is a $10.00 charge for any prescription lost or not filled
in time.
You may call the office to request a prescription refill by
leaving your information on ext 241. Your request must include:
name of patient and spelling, their date of birth, a number
where you can be reached, name of the medication and dosage
and directions. Please indicate where you will pick up your
prescription at our office or if you would like it mailed to
your residence. If your prescription can be called in, please
leave your pharmacy name and number. Please contact your pharmacy
to check if your prescription is ready.
***For any medication questions regarding side effects, change
in dosage and/or medication please contact your prescribing
physician or nurse practitioner.
